Ms. Santhoshi is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), where she graduated with a B.Tech degree in Metallurgical Engineering. She was selected to intern as a Research Scholar at Georgia Institute of Technology. Despite receipt of numerous academic/ job opportunities abroad, Santhoshi was determined to make her career in and serve India.

Autocracy Machinery Private Limited is a pioneer in the design and manufacturing of trenchers in India. Santhoshi has played a lead role in the development of this machinery, which today is unavailable in India and has a reliance on imports. The design and material used are optimized for Indian conditions and 100% manufactured in India. Trenchers are pivotal in the buildings of India’s digital, telecommunications, and modern agricultural infrastructure. Recipient of Business World Women Entrepreneur of the year 2021 in Engineering and Construction, Startup of the Year 2020 from WeHub ALEAP.

Santhoshi is a serial entrepreneur who conceptualized and subsequently built an online portal/meal booking platform for Railway/Bus passengers across India called Delivery Uncle that allowed passengers to order food online or through the phone from a variety of restaurants at 90 locations across India. She oversaw software design and development, vendor management, day-to-day operations and client management. This start-up was successfully exited through the sale in 2014.

She is currently the Head of Product at Mortgage Kart Limited, a Fin-Tech startup aimed at serving homeowners make the most optimal decision on the biggest purchase in their lifetime – a mortgage (home loan). Mortgage Kart provides customers a complete digital platform for mortgages allowing them access to digital applications, education on products and a digital mortgage advisor that evaluates all customer needs and uses proprietary algorithms to recommend an optimal product.

She also has rich corporate experience with previous employment with HSBC (one of the world’s largest banks) and ZS Associates (a global consulting firm). In HSBC & ZS Associates she Santhoshi worked with US & Canada markets. In HSBC she led cross functional team of analysts and assistant managers to develop credit risk rating models for new accounts origination, portfolio management and pricing for retail consumers across seven different products worth 900$ in US & Canada. She is well travelled and has led a cross-functional and multi-location teams to successful outcomes.

In ZS Associates (a global consulting firm) she led 5-member cross-office team working on salesforce effectiveness project, generating $1.3 million in revenue for the firm, for the US unit of a Japanese pharmaceutical company worth $11.3 Billion. She designed and administered incentive compensation plans by setting up sales contests and sales crediting processes, involving 500 sales representatives from 6 teams promoting 4 products, which increased sales by 8% year over year
