Poornima Shenoy has over 30 years of experience in go-to-market, general management, and operations leadership roles at various organizations.

She currently serves as a Member of the Board at Dixon Technologies- India’s leading EMS Company, NSEIT-the subsidiary of NSE, the world’s third largest stock exchange, Padget Electronics and Coforge Business Process Solutions, a Barings Group Company. Member of the Audit Committees, Nomination & Remuneration Committees and the CSR Committee. She is certified as an Independent Director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs IICA.

As CEO of Hummingbird Advisors, she advises start-ups on strategy and scaling up. She has been the founding President of the Indian Semiconductor Association and has played a key role in the formation of the Electronics Sector Skills Council ESSCI. Poornima is a serial entrepreneur - founder of THE GAIN-a tech accelerator, Latitude -an edtech start-up and Nexus-an HR firm. She has been part of the leadership team at the Manipal Group and NASSCOM.

Poornima holds an MBA from TAPMI, Manipal and a BA in Economics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She is a British Chevening Scholar for Women in Leadership & Management. She is a speaker at national and international events on the India story, entrepreneurship, women role models and on up skilling for job creation.
