MOHAN KANCHARLA has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, currently a Research Scholar at Swiss School of Business & Management, pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration. Mohan brings in over three decades of experience in Information Technology & Consulting.

A Career TCS’er from the Class of ‘88, spent about a decade in IT Services, half a decade in Sales & Marketing in Europe & close to two decades in Consulting. Founding member of TCS Global Consulting Practice, he established and led IT Strategy, IT Governance and Business Transformation Practices as Global Head – Sales & Delivery Support. Currently Director – Method Management in B&TS Business Unit.

Mohan is a Certified Management Consultant, has authored two books on Consulting, “Consulting A Practitioner’s Perspective” and “Design Thinking in Consulting”, is an Invited Faculty on IT Consulting / Design Thinking and Co-Innovator of Strategy Validation Framework’ [Patent Pending]. Mohan is Certified in ‘Innovation of Products and Services’ MIT’s Approach to Design Thinking and is also a Certified Corporate Director, Certified Executive Coach, Competent Toastmaster, Business Storyteller and a TEDx Speaker.

Mohan was recognized by CEO Today as one of the ‘Top 100 Global Management Consultants’ and awarded ‘CEO Today Management Consulting Award 2018’.

Mohan lives in Chennai, India, with his wife Mary Rajeswari and daughters Kezia Harshita & Nikia Sushmita.
