K Ranga Reddy is the Chairman, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Chapter, Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO). He also owns an inbound tourism business called Garuda Tourism. Reddy who was born and brought up in Hyderabad holds a postgraduate degree in Tourism Marketing from Orissa University. In the last few decades, he has travelled to over 40 countries to study the tourism potential over there and has implemented in India.

On behalf of AP Tourism, he participated at International Tourism Trade Fairs in Spain, London, Berlin, Tokyo and Seol. He has also brought a large number of Buddhist Groups to Andhra Pradesh.

Nowadays, he is working with State governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, and Gujarat on tourism policy issues
